Switching IT provider?
Moving from another IT company is easier than most people expect. We document your current setup, collect passwords and licences, and coordinate with your outgoing provider so nothing falls through the cracks. Asking for a quote doesn't commit you to anything. It just starts a conversation.
Pricing questions
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are per month and exclude VAT at 23%. The calculator shows both.
Why is this a guideline price?
Most businesses pay exactly what the calculator shows. Things like VoIP handsets, extra security, backup storage or a complex network can change the final figure, so we confirm everything in writing before you sign.
Is Microsoft 365 included?
Microsoft 365 licences are not included in the €49.95 price. We supply Microsoft 365 Business Premium at €29.95 per user / month + VAT (you can add it in the calculator above), or we can support the licences you already have. We set up, manage and support Microsoft 365 as part of Complete IT Care either way.
What if we have more than 10 users?
Larger teams get volume pricing. Move the slider to 10+ and send us your details, and we'll come back with a tailored price.
Is there a minimum contract?
Plans run on a 12-month agreement.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup or onboarding fees. You pay the monthly price and nothing else.
